The Chestnut Stables Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note our cancellation policy is currently 48 hours, if you cancel your lesson within this period you will not get a refund of any kind, the same thing applies if you wish to edit a lesson within 48 hours of your lesson taking place.

If you wish to cancel or edit outside of this period you will be refunded in account credit. Some of our activites may have a different policy so please ensure you read the detilas at time of booking. We do not offer refunds directly back to your bank account under any circumstances. You are able to purchase give vouchers or transfer credit to another account if you wish.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. The Chestnut Stables is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
